CHAIR SHOWER announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 40
"An Act relating to veterans' benefits services and veterans'
benefits appeal services."
He stated that the committee heard the bill previously when he
opened and closed public testimony. The intention today was to
move the bill from committee.
